1. Order Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders placed on Fasthato will be processed within 2 business days after receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delays: If there is a delay in processing due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., high order volume, inventory issues), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options, which may reduce the delivery time to 2-3 business days. Availability of expedited shipping depends on your delivery address.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, please check back later as we may expand our shipping options internationally.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Shipping Restrictions
- Delivery Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.
- P.O. Boxes: Some shipping carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address for timely delivery.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to be picked up from the carrier, we will notify you. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges for resending the package.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order through the respective shipping carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Timeframe
- Domestic Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. Generally, it takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping, and 2-3 business days for expedited shipping.
- Shipping Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost or delayed by the carrier, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Correct Shipping Information: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Fasthato is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Package Arrival: Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to ensure timely delivery. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
