📦 Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order if:

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We offer free exchanges on eligible items. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
❌ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping fees.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or faulty item).
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
