1. Return Eligibility

  • Plants and Products: You may return most plants and products purchased from Fasthato within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as custom orders, gift cards, and perishable products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@fasthato.com or call (703) 330-9431 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including how to safely pack the items for return.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by Fasthato (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees may apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for any damaged or defective items. Please send us photos of the damage or defect within 5 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired product.

7. Order Cancellations
